Thanks to all who still visit this blog. As you can see, the last post was in February, since then I have been through pre-treatment and then radiotherapy for prostate cancer.
It's been a tough few years and it's heartening that this blog is still popular, even with the so many ways of listening to bootlegs now, Youtube etc.
I have been told it will take between three to six months before I get back to some kind of normality.
For all those requesting re-ups, keep doing so and later in the year I will get those posted that I can. I will also detail reasons for those I can't.
I have also just noticed that the donor button isn't working. I'm not sure what is going on there and will get it sorted.
As well as re-ups there are a few new titles worth uploading. Before ill health prevented me from further work I was working on the final edition of the PDF document available to donors, hopefully it will be ready in time for the festive season. I've tightened it up so that you can immediately read which are the best bootlegs by certain popular artists.
If you are on the wrong side of 50, ask your Doctor for a PSA test, particularly if cancer has affected members of your family. (Men only of course).
Take care and enjoy the summer.

ReplyDeleteGet well soon, the prognosis is good nowadays. Speaking as someone of similar vintage with lifelong Crohn's disease... Men: get the 'back end' checked as well - your GP should be able to do you a "poo sticks" pack to complete and pop in the post.
ReplyDeleteWishing you a speedy recovery
