Merry Christmas to all visitors to the blog and a big thank you to all who have donated over the years. Have a great festive holiday.

This is my own recording of the last Festive 50 presented by John Peel. It was broadcast by BBC Radio 1 FM, over the festive period 2003

Recorded on a Sony Minidisc player, edited and burned to two CDr's. Ripped and extracted from those discs, some 21-years later.

Despite the missing 12-tracks this is a superb listen. If you are of a certain age, these programmes were an important part of the festive holidays.
